I think you're missing the point here, buddy. It occurs five miles away because those are the roads you travel the most, therefore statistically you have a better chance of having an accident there over other places you go. So if you move ten miles away from where you currently live, then you will still have the same chances five miles within the place of your new home.

Maybe live in a Winebago - style mobile home so you are moving so fast that the accidents are always ten miles behind you on the freeway?

cuz then you'd be within 5 miles of yer new home silly!! but if you lived in a motor home and traveled all the time, would that work??

Their home would move with them, or they be moving their home and get ina car accident. Especially with a trailer home!
