According to the information that I have the answer is yes.

I will do a search for you. As I recall children as young as 14 years old have been hanged for various offenses by the current regime

The current regime has also stoned women to death.

My impression of the current regime is that it is the Iranian version of the Ku Klux Klan.

Isn't it strange how he come to America to use our right of free speech when he won't allow it in his own country.
This man is evil and very dangerous.

EDIT: ASH, so you are comparing capital punishment for horrific crimes that under 18 commit to executing a 14 year old in Iran that was caught experimenting with homosexuality or some other "crime" that wouldn't be a crime any many other nations.
Priceless

On March 2, 2005, the US Supreme Court declared it unconstitutional to execute persons who committed crimes under the age of 18. So we stopped executing children a little over two years ago

EDIT: Dead kids are dead kids. But the serious point is that we in the US love to point our fingers about rotten things that we only recently stopped doing to a greater or lesser extent. We were target by Amnesty Int. prior to our cessation of juvenile executions and are still one of the two industrialized "first-world" nations that uses the death penalty at all. Seem to remember something in scripture about removing the log from my own eye in order to see clearly enough to take the speck out of yours...

My guess is that it's for the same reason bush sent America's military to Iraq to kill women, children and other civilians.

Insanity.
