DD is not too big unless you have back pain or it is really ruining your life in physical ways... At 16 a 46 band means you are pretty big around and before considering something so drastic as breast reduction you might try a healthy diet and exercise because if you lose a few pounds you will lose some of your breast size too most likely

I'm bigger than that, but about 10 years older than you are. I'd say it's common for you to want breast reduction but you really should wait a few years to be sure your body is done growing. I know what it's like to constantly be in pain. I dont' know your body size, but if you are overweight losing weight can sometimes help with that as well. If you're not, then Id' definitely wait until your 21 or so to be sure they won't get bigger and that you're positive that's what you want. I know the pain won't get better between now and then, but that way you won't regret anything and i doubt a doctor would do breast reduction for a 16 year old.

I used to work with someone who had your cup size. She was always complaining about how the weight hurt her back and how hard it was to find clothes that fit properly. She had a breast reduction and became a "B" cup. She said it was the smartest thing she ever did.

Sure, I know 15 year olds who have had a reduction.
PS's usually do NOT operate on someone so young but there ARE exceptions.
And, do not listen to people who say DD's are not big. If YOU think they are big, and YOU have back pain and other health issues, then they ARE too big and you CAN get something done about it.
Talk to your parents and ask to talk to a doctor about your big breasts.
And check out this site with them, it helped me out a lot:

Breast reduction surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Tour2india4health Consultants .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Tour2india4health Consultants is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

I'm not familiar with breast sizes but it depends in your body structure. If you are a tall with a big frame woman, that should be fine.

who the hell have you been talking to saying 46dd is not big... thats a lie. but seriously just be happy with what you have, at 16 you should not be concerned plus most guys will like it. usually women with large breasts get them reduced later in life due to back problems. for now i would just live your life with them unless they really restrict you.
