Hi, for homework i have to create a school constitution:

1. Who makes the rules? {what grade makes the rules}.

2. How are the rules made?{what is the system of making them}.

3.How are rules enforced? {how do you go by them}.

4. What rights will always be protected? {even if the person/people in power want to make rules that take away those rights}.

1. The constitution is drafted by a committe usually the student leaders;
2. The rules are made by the committee but these rules must be submitted to the students for ratification through a referendum;
3. The rules will be enforced by the elected student official;
4. Student rights like organizing protest actions and freedom of speech must be respected.
