The first thing you need to do is see a urologist to find out if there is a medical basis for your premature ejaculation. Also, the doctor can prescribe a medication to help you if he feels that it will be of benefit.

In the meantime, you can try:
1. squeeze technique - when ready to ejaculate, have partner squeeze the area where your penile head and shaft meet unitl the urge passes. Resume foreplay and repeat process a few times.
2. masturbating an hour or two before having sex (helps to delay ejaculation during sex)

There are many natural ways to cure premature ejaculation. A proven natural method can be found on this site http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=565

Recent polls have shown that the average length of intercourse is usually anywhere between 2 to 12 minutes. Most often those diagnosed with premature ejaculation climax in less than a minute or two, and there are even those who ejaculate before there is any sort of penetration. In all actuality, “too short” is really just a matter of opinion. The most important factor is if a man feels that he is unable to control his ejaculation and is frequently climaxing before he would like. Any man who feels that this is a problem for him may be suffering from some form of premature ejaculation.

I would advise you not to stay in a lonely place and try to be with friends for longer times than usual. Yes, ejaculations sometimes in dreams and an occasional day time will make no harm to anyone. Regarding ejaculations during hot scenes of the films and shaking, rubbing as and when is completely abnormal. So you must visit either to a doctor or change this habit to a normal one otherwise you will have to face many problems before an old age.

Ejaculation can be considered premature when it occurs 30 seconds to 4 minutes into sex, depending on different cultures, countries and experts. Behavioural techniques can help you delay orgasm. Learn here https://tr.im/5bPl4
These include the start-and-stop method and the squeeze technique. A combination of these techniques along with sexual counselling and medication (either using an anaesthetic cream or an oral tablet) is recommended.

Treatment:
premature ejaculation can be treated with the "squeeze" technique. The method works as follows. Begin sexual activity as usual, including penile stimulation, until you feel almost ready to ejaculte. Then have your partner squeeze the end of the penis, at the point where the glans joins the shaft, for a period of several seconds. After the squeeze is released, wait for about half a minute, and thedn go back to foreplay. You will notice that squeezing causes it to become less erect but that when sexual stimulation is resumed it soon regains full erection. By repeating this as mant times as necessary, you will find completion with your partner.

My boyfriend used to have p.e. and then I read on webmd.com that anti-depressants can help. So 15 minutes before he took 100mg and he was able to control it the entire time without stopping. I would definitely recommend giving it a try!
