Anthony Isaiyah (pronounced I-zay-uh)

The two names go well together, but I like the traditional spelling of Isaiah better.

Just by virtue of the fact that you had to type the pronounciation to the name means that your child is going to have issues with his name for the rest of his life. Anthony Isaiah is a wonderful, wholesome, handsome name. Anthony Isaiyah, is not.
Go with Anthony Isaiah, in the long run your son will thank you.

I have a nephew named Anthony and his little brothers name is Isaiah so yeah I like it. Not that it matters but you might just take out the i or the y (just personal opinion) but if you like it I say go for it

That's a fabulous name, but I don't care for the creative spelling of Isaiah. On the one hand, it's a middle name, so it isn't as if he'll be spelling it much. But I really feel that adding that one "y" detracts from what would otherwise be one of the best names I've heard on these boards recently.
Anthony Isaiah would be my vote.

I love it , I don;t think the pronouciation will be that difficult, if it might be you could follow the other girl that wrote in about the proper use of Isaiyah!!!!!!
