The answers aren't in your book or your notes because the whole purpose of learning philosophy is to teach you how to think for yourself. Here are some of my answers, which are true for me, but not necessarily the correct ones your teacher's looking for. ;-)

1. Experience is important for some schools of philosophy, but others rely on pure logic and thought. Evolution? Of what? And correct factual knowledge is, I suppose, a prerequisite at times, but to know what's actually correct, you need to know HOW you know; that's called epistemology, and is one branch of philosophy.

2. Some Greek guys? This is more a history of philosophy question, which was never my strong point. Plato and Aristotle, maybe? That's a total guess.

3. What's true is true in all cases, but what's correct can vary from person to person or from circumstance to circumstance.

4. I would argue that truth is absolute. Thus, it can not be created, only discovered.

5. These are all human concepts, and before we can ask if they exist, we have to ask what exactly we mean by them. The definition of these will vary from person to person, so they are subjective. So I would argue that the "perfect" form of these concepts exists for each separate person, but not in any absolute or universal sense.

Feel free to ponder and/or disagree with anything I've written here. In fact, I hope that you do. That means you're thinking about it, which is the most important part of philosophy.
