Sounds to me like you need to do a bit of learning on the parts of a cell.

Have a look at the following Wiki pages. They've got pictures.

The cell (biology) anatomy of cells has a bit telling you where the Plasma Membrane is - it's the membrane that surrounds the cell. You might be expected to know the composition of the membrane too.

The Nuclear Envelope is a structure which goes around the outside of the cell nucleus in Eukaryotes (complex celled organisms).

Microtubules and Microfilaments make up the structure of the cytoplasm ... the "plasma" stuff inside the plasma membrane. They are made of tiny proteins all arranged in cylindrical tubes. It is important to have this stuff because many of the organelles are attached to each other by these tubes,

Peroxisomes are self contained spaces inside the cell cytoplasm. They are bounded by phospholipid - just like the plasma membrane - and they contain enzymes inside their core. These are special proteins that can work chemical reactions. They are often good at digesting things or oxidising chemicals that the cell needs to change.

Cilia are organelles which are found on the outside of the plasma membrane. They are essentially structures like tiny hairs which the cell can wave about for a number of purposes: movement (to propel the organism from one place to another) , to collect nutrients or to act as sensory organs.
