most of the things i read say that adam was big in size and ppl after him was big too
and that ppl size is geting smaller in time
is there a proof 4 that

"Adam" wasn't real.

Adam just means "humanity."
It was a story to explain the the first human beings.

But you can look at the Egyptian mummy coffins to get an idea of how tall/short the Pharoahs were.

Everything shoveling_ferret suggests is true. I would add though, that recent Cro-Magnon skeletal finds indicate that the average European cave dwellers were larger than people of today by a few inches...

Remember, Cro-Magnon lived 10-40,000 years ago, and hunted wooley mammoths & rhinocerus, and had to be a tad more robust...

The two male skeltons which I observed, were estimated to be 2 meters tall (6'6"), which is about the height of a modern professional basketball player, which is well above the average height of today's humans...
