I can't find the exact pants that I have, but look at these and picture them in black and in a dressier fabric. These are the length and mine do have a slit on the side like these. It's for a wedding reception. well what color is the top? it is always fun to add an unexpected color in the shoes...like if the top is black or white or another nuteral color you can go with some cute red flats or low heeled sling backs or even a small wedge. with those pants you dont want your shoes to be too high...flats would prob look awesome...you could always be safe and take my suggestions in black too but i love red or even turquoise...receptions are less formal than weddings so you can be a little more fun and styleish rather than just competly formal ya know?
