i'm worried about this voltages because my motherboard suddnly got damaged(can't use cd/dvd roms) and i'm still trying to find out the cause why.so please help me

i dont have any surge protector... come to think of it,the power in our house was obviously flactuating on the past few days...

so,should i replace my psu? i think that its the motherboard itself that is damaged because during boot up, it detects my samsung cd writer as "WAMSUNGHJK+($$$$$$$+..." or something like that.also tried connecting it to other molex

btw, the +12V rail is at 11.71V
and my lan connection keeps getting disconnected and reconnected...my pc is pretty messed up

They look pretty normal, what I'm thinking is that maybe there was a spike from the power outlet, so do you have a surge protector between your computer and the power outlet?

+2.96V is low, off by 10%. Specs is +/- 5%. +12V reading is missing from the list. It should also be within +/-5%. Try plugging your CD/DVD drive on another molex connector. Also check its driver. A driver update might do the trick.
