most of the things i read say that adam was big in size and ppl after him was big too
and that ppl size is geting smaller in time

It is easy to become confused as the upper classes were always taller in ancient times because they received the best foods. Next were the hunters.
In illustrations, a Pharaohs and those of lower classes a Pharaoh of five foot six would appear a giant in contrast with the slaves and commons.

yes, the opposite is the truth. Have you ever been to a museum where they have ancient suits of armor? Imagane the average sized male trying to fit into one of those tiny little things now a days and it would be near impossible.
humans, on average are about 1to 1 & 1/2 feet taller than they were 1,000 years ago.

Actually it's the reverse; due to better diet and medicine, people are getting taller over time.
