I know superworms are treated with insect hormone to keep them from pupating, what is it called and where can I get it?

Just wanted to clarify which species of mealworm you were asking about.
It's the smaller Tenebrio species of mealworm that is hormonally treated to inhibit metamorphosis. I've never heard of the hormone being sold. You don't need to worry about pupating if you raise or buy the larger Zoophobas species of mealworm. The don't pupate when the larvae are kept together and will live for months.
