According to Soap Opera Digest:

"Starting October 1, PASSIONS fans — even those without DIRECTV — can keep up with their favorite soap in total Harmony. NBC.com/passions is offering a subscription service that will allow viewers to watch all new episodes online for $19.95 per month. New episodes can be accessed through the site for up to eight weeks so fans won't have to miss a single moment. Additionally, DIRECTV has added four new episodes of the interactive PASSIONS LIVE! series to their "101" channel, allowing viewers to call in and ask questions of their favorite PASSIONS stars. "

I stopped watching Passions a little over a year ago. Even if i had still be watching it, I would not pay $20 a month to watch it online. I think that is a rediculous amount to charge. That's $239.40 a year to watch a tv show! A small fee, maybe I could see, but not that much. That's a rip-off. But I do know people who will pay that much to see it.

I watched Passions for a couple of years and enjoyed it a lot, even tho' it's a little wild and unbelievable. I don't have Direct TV either and go on soapcentral if I want to keep up. To tell the truth, I find I haven't missed it so much. Good luck!
