Is it a 'dressy' dress, or a 'fun' dress?
Dressy - wear black or a bright [ red, yellow, royal blue ] pumps. Add a ring or bracelet the same color.
Fun - black knee high boots

silver on silver is good, black would work for accesories/shoes, i wouldn reccomend adding any muted colours, or any bright ones for that matter stick with the silver and black, maybe white but im not sure. . . .depends, avoid gold at all costs though
