Not always the judge's fault... it would have much more to do with how the attorney's presented the case.

None -- he has 100 cases right-- That is why he is judge...

That depends ENTIRELY on the Judge... I'm HOPING that MOST judges are right- at least 90% of the time... -But in many cases, that may be "wishfull thinking..." :(
