Im in a huge crisis for fantasy football so anyone is welcome to help me.I was wondering if i should start or sit Shaun Alexander in week 4?

I agree. What other RB's do you have. Alexander is virtually a must start every week and the SF defense isn't that amazing. Start him unless you got other first round big guns on your bench.

I have Shaun on my team and I'm starting him. He and LT have not posted huge numbers, but they are still one of the best RB in the league..and they should start every week..unless if you have a better RB on the bench, that's facing a poorer defense.

Shaun is playing SF next week, so he should have a decent game. Every week he's had a slow first half, but then turns it up a notch and gets a majority of his yards in the second half.
I have a gut feeling he's going to explode in SF...and this time he's going to have more yards in the first half...start him!!

All depends on who there playing to me. FF is all about taking chances..if you started him the past 3 weeks give someone else a try and see what happens.

I have him too, I read he is going to play with a protective cast so absolutely start him
