Maybe go shopping by yourself and look in the girl's section. If anyone asks, just say you're getting your sister/friend/girlfriend, ect. a present. If you want to try them on, maybe grab a few clothes from the guy's department and go into the dressing room.
As for keeping it secret... maybe get a shoe box and stuff everything in there or hide them in your drawer, under your bed..? You could always stuff it all in a backpack and say it's old school stuff.
Maybe you should confide in your parents if they seem okay. Most likely your mom. She's usually waaay more understanding.
I hope everything works out for you. And if people find out and tease you about it, just tell them to screw off and maybe sneak something into their car or whatever in the hopes their girlfriend will find it? ;D

The typical 14 year old crossdresser will not have much opportunity for crossdressing. The only other option is to tell your mom. If you're trying to maintain secrecy then accept your limits. Remember crossdressing is an addiction and you will either have to control it, or it will control you.
As you get older you will have greater opportunities, but you will have to make more decisions that will affect your future. What limits will you be placing on your crossdressing? Most crossdressers are very private about their hobby. Most crossdressers are heterosexual and married, but their wives do NOT support their crossdressing. So they end up placing severe limits on their crossdressing.
Other crossdressers are more free with their crossdressing. They work hard at attaining their most perfect feminine image. They create a female alter-ego and even give "her" a name. Some consider surgery to enhance their female alter ego. Yes, some crossdressers leave their wives, and family to pursue their first love. It can create some serious challenges in your future life.

Have you searched for a local teen LGBT support group? I am sure there is someone there that can share tips with you. You may also want to do some online searches for products designed for yor lifestyle.
At some point you will have decide if this is a sign of bigger things or something you want to remain private. Then decide from there which way to go. I certainy wouldn't tell mom and dad at your age. They wouldn't understand.

Salvation army store has things for cheap.
Hard to be totally secret at your age. Much easier when you have your own place. But you could always buy a box with a lock, but some parents will demand to see whats inside of it from their children.
Good luck.
