For men, yes. Sperm and urine come out of the urethra.

For women, no. The vagina and urethra are separate openings.

It is not a retarded question, it is a perfectly normal question. I remember when I was younger not sure how things worked down there either.

Even some grown women are unaware of how their bodies work, or afraid to learn how they work.

I suggest you explore yourself. Get out a mirror and examine yourself. Learn all your bits and pieces. It is good knowledge to have.

If you start at the top and work your way down you will soon know how everything works.

The first thing you come across, that little bump, is your clit hood, just below that is a tiny opening, thats where the pee exits. Further down is a 2nd, more noticeable hole, that is your vaginal opening, which is used for many things, childbirth, menstration, intercourse.

no, urine comes out of your urethra, a small hole just above the vaginal opening. (I'm assuming you're referring to the vagina as the hole you have sex with?).
