I like the name Anthony, but just remember that some people may want to call him Tony. Some good Italian middle names, Mario, Giovanni, Lorenzo, Corrado, Dante, Emilio, Ignazio, Luca, Luciano, Marco, Matteo.

Anthony seems like a nice name. Don't ask me about thinking of names, though. I suck at that.

It's a little cliché on my opinion. What about Bruno? It sounds masculin and it's not very common.
I also like: Carlo, Dante, Fausto and Luca.
