They have absolute immunity for judicial actions. You cannot sue them for judicial acts no matter how egregious. Outside of the courthouse, they're just ordinary citizens and can be sued for anything just like the rest of us.

Yes and no. You can not sue a judge for any official action they have taken such as rulings or for the result of a trial they presided over. However, you can sue a judge for any other action unrelated to their position as a judge. For example, if they caused damage to your property and their insurance did not cover the damage, you could sue for those damages.
