Well if a person has something against Halloween... could always have an Autumn themed party or something. Can still make use of the pumpkins, scarecrows, and other fall decorations, as well as goodies like candy corn, etc.

I seen on TV where they played God bless you. They went do to door in there house and gave each other gifts. they dressed up as bible charters. Maybe do That at church.even better have a fall festival. With games like bobbin for apples, have a few pinatas. Make some fun food like cookies in shape of ghost , fake blood on food. make a punch that is red and have eyes floating in them and worms in stuff.

you can have a cookout and a hayride instead of going trick or treating.this is something my aunt's church does every year.
