Sounds like you need to start in a "Good Frame Shop" trust me there aren't that many, then replace the tie-rod and see if you can align the front end then? then start on the body work. The biggest thing is going to be time and $$$$.

See if you can get some kind of written explanation from your insurance company, then if you think you have a case get a lawyer and see if he'll draft a letter for you to the insurance commission in your state.

Good Luck!

Why doesn't the insurance want to pay if you have full coverage? You should be covered....that's what insurance is for or if it's a total loss, they should buy you or pay you to get another car just like it. At the very least, have the tire probem fixed so it's driveable and go from there. If you do have to fix and pay for it yourself, take it to a few good bodyshops in your area for estimates on the repairs and then take it to some dealers to see if they'll buy it from you the way it is and how much they'll give you for it----you'll have to decide which is better, to fix or sell as is or use it for a trade-in.

Time to change insurance companies, from what it sounds like you have a lot of frame damage which is prohibitively expensive to repair, time to part out the car on ebay and save for a new one. Sorry

Is there damage to the front end and if so is it alot. Also what about the frame was the bent. If yes to both and if excessive. I would say get rid of it and get yourself another car.

you need to find out if its safe to repair it first?...no point getting loads of bits from the breakers yard and finding your car drives like an ageing crab? ie sideways!!!
