I have no idea what this is asking. There are 16 problems askng for the mathematical meaning of different abbreviations (such as km, Mm, g, kL, cl, etc) and I don't know what do. Please help. Thank you!

Oh, perhaps I wasn't clear enough. I know what the abbreviations stand for, but I don't know what the "mathematical meaning" is. I think it has something to do with scientific notation.

As a matter of scientific definition, units of measure such as [m], [km] etc. do not have a "mathematical" meaning. Instead they denote multiples of a physical unit that is defined by a measurement procedure, an experiment, if you like, that allows us to practically convert physical distance, something that is real, into a number which is abstract.
In other words: one can not define a meter mathematically with a set of axioms like one would define what a "set" or a "real number" or a "triangle" or a "parabola" are.
Having said that and therefor done everything I could to disturb you, I would guess that the question was not trying to make you define a "meter" mathematically, but it was probably asking for your understanding of prefixes like "k" for "kilo" or "one thousand", "M" for "Mega" or "one million", "c" for "centi" or "one hundredths".
Therefor the answer would be that
1km = 1,000m.
1Mm= 1,000,000m = 1,000km.
1cl = 1/100 l
etc.

km stands for kilo meter which is a thousand meters. So
1 km = 1000 m.
Same with the rest of them. Get familiar with the prefixes.

km is kilometer. it is the metric unit for distance. 1 km = 1000m
mm is millimeter. it is another metric unit for distance. 1m = 1000mm
g is the metric unit for mass. it is also the SI unit (Systeme Internationale Unit) for mass
kl is kilolitre. it is a metric unit for fluid volume. 1kl = 1000L
cl is centilitre. it is another metric unit for fluid volume 1L = 100cl
Note, SI unit is the basic unit for all values. It is usually the unit in which scientific caluculations are performed.

K stands for kilo, meaning 1000, and m stands for metre, therefore, 1km is 1000 metres.

It's probably asking you to define the prefix.
Example:
km ----> kilometre
kilo = 1000
