I have applied to a local community college who to my surprise have sent me a rejection letter stating that my GPA is too low (my gpa is 1.2) I have tried emailing them about the rejection but my emails have gone unanswered, I tried calling them and after i give my name as they require it they hang up, when I even show up in person they ask for my name and then they call security to have to removed from the building what can I do? Can I sue?

If you think you can sue because they rejected your application to college, they did the right thing.

THEY HAVE A STANDARD AND YOU DO NOT MEET THAT STANDARD--I FIND THAT YOUR TAGGED FOR BEING A TROUBLE MAKER--NOT ACCEPTING NO FOR AN ANSWER AND MOVING ON TO A COLLEGE THAT MIGHT ACCEPT YOU. 1.2 IS A VERY LOW GPA. ABOUT A D+. I DID THAT GOOD WHEN I DID NOT SHOW UP FOR A CLASS. IF YOU HAVE A HARD TIME LEARNING AND WANT HELP ASK FOR HELP OR HOW CAN YOU BE ADMITTED. BUT IT KEEPS STRIKING ME THAT YOU HAVE RAISED SO MUCH CRAP YOU MIGHT HAVE TO WAIT TO LET THE MATTER HIT THE GROUND. IT QUITE OBVIOUS THAT THIS COLLEGE DOES NOT WANT YOU. GO ELSE WHERE-AND DO NOT TELL THEM THEY HAVE TO TAKE YOU BECAUSE THEY DO NOT YOU ARE NOT TOP CALIBER MATERIAL YET NOT THAT YOU CANNOT BE BUT RIGHT NOW YOU ARE NOT GET THE PICTURE??

No do not sue because you will be setting a path that you not want to go. Instead try another CC and just take an entry level test. Good luck...If you really want a degree and find it tough getting into a college then do as my brother did. Go to California. They provide peope with 2 years of college education for free. He went on to become an MD in Virginia.. Good luck.

Community college isn't an extention of high school, you know? It's an actual institution of higher learning. They expect people who go there to actually study and earn passing grades. Obviously, you haven't done so in the past. Did you take the SATs? The PSATs? Anything that can prove you're smart and interested in continuing your education? If not, then I suggest you take the SAT and hope to score a high score and then offer them huge amounts of money to get in. That might do the trick.

They probably think it is a prank, and are not taking you serious.

No, you can't sue. They have a reputation to uphold, and allowing a 1.2 GPA isn't doing them any favors.
