You would need the administrator password to change or disable this program. It is used to control use and therefore would be ineffective if anyone who uses the computer could access its settings and alter them.

So, bottom line is if you are the administator you put the password in and do whatever you please.

But, good luck and I am sorry you are locked out of certain areas and can't do all you would like. It is a bummer, I know, but you won't be so restricted forever. Before you know it you will be of an age where you can purchase your own system and have the legal right as an adult to adjust whatever options/configuration/programs you see fit. I really do sympethize with your situation because I do understand how annoying it can be to have limits. Just try to understand that the adults in your life really do love and care for you or they wouldn't have installed Net Nanny 5, in the first place. It is done to keep you safe, whether you wish to believe it or not right now.

Enjoy the Internet priveleges you do have and try to be content for now with the limits set. I don't mean to sound like I am lecturing you, but I suppose I am, so sorry about that. I raised eight children and old parental habits are hard to overcome! lol

I really do mean well, have a nice day.

Haven't used that application but most have a password to allow parents to bypass the blocks. You could also uninstall it if you don't need it anymore.
