You'll need to put something on the resume. I know you probably feel like you don't have a lot of time, but don't be in such a rush. I would suggest you build what you want at a little slower pace.
Why do I say that?
Because I have the feeling that if the odds are against a new actor getting steady work these days, then for those who want to be on Disney Channel, the odds must be even greater.
I don't know if you have any idea of just how many kids ask this same kind of question and who sound desperate about wanting to be on Disney Channel. So, if the competition is that great, then you might want to be really, really, really, really prepared before you try out.

That's my point of view. Other people might have theirs.
Is it possible that you could get in anyway without training? Yes. Is it probable? No.

Good luck to you!

You needn't bother making a resume and the like. It's a lot of fun to dream about things like being on TV or being a famous singer or athlete. The reality is you won't be able to get an audition. They don't see anyone who cares to try out. You have to have a lot of experience. (School plays don't count) And you need to live in LA and have an agent. There are a lot of things that need to be in place before you can even seriously consider trying to get a paid acting job. Just enjoy being a regular kid. Try to do things you can actually do. You'll only disappoint yourself if you attempt the impossible.
