my formal is comin up at the end of the year and we r discussin themes...any ideas?

Well congradulations on your grade 8 Formal!!, why don't you do a disco theme, or if you like an 80's theme, it might be fun to look at all those old styles and then come up with a complilation of music..from those decades.., there are lots of good music you might like from back then. Another one you might do because it is kinda of fun (I think) might be a Cinderella them. Or a Hollywood style party..Stars..That might be fund , I really don't know your taste so go with something you like. Good luck!

Since it's 8th grade, why not '80s Flashback? What about Renaissance or Fantasy themed?

Seasonal Theme. That could be fun. Maybe a Nature theme or something of that sort.

80's theme. It's so adorable. It's fun to dance to 80's music and have disco balls and bright clothes. Plus the 80s are in.

I think an old time theme would be awesome. Guys could wear tuxedos and top hats with a cane. Girls could wear those dresses with wide bottoms and fake jewels/pearls.

How about a sock hop/Oldies nite? That may be kinda gay now but we did that in HS lol. Or a Monte Carlo nite with mock casino games like blackjack, Roulette & slot machines.
