I have 2 projects about Texas Regions.
One is about South Central Texas,
the other is about the Texas Gulf Coast.
But whenever I put in a search term (like "south central texas") all I get is organizations or groups in the area. I need information on the human and physical characteristics. Can anyone give me a site or database with good solid information?

most of those organizations will have sample information you can use. The texas government website might have more information as well.

Do a boolean search on google. Like this:

"south central texas" "demographics" "geography" Be sure to include the quote marks (this means it looks for all those terms in that order). just refine your search some. You are going to need to reference more than one site.

I used the term "Texas Geography" in google. Here's the link:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-US%3Aofficial&hs=rPw&q=texas+geography&btnG=Search
Also wikipedia link on "Texas Demographics": http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics_of_Texas
Good Luck:)

Find cities in those regions and get information from there. Also you may try an atlas.
