Squats..free weights.

Squats and toe raises. Build up your thighs and quads. When I was 16, I was 5'5 and went from touching halfway up the net to grabbing the back supports of the rim in 3-4 weeks. Dont remember how much weight I was using. Make sure you get advise on how much weight to use and when to increase your workout.

Y do you have to be able to dunkit i can't dunk it and it doesn't make me any less of a basketball player but try strengthening your legs
