I was going to stay at the mirage but it looks like they do pool maintence in december.

You will find that Most of the hotels will start closing their pools down in November and not open them back up until early next spring.
If the pool in December, When the avg. high is 57 and the avg low is 37 is important to you it would be best to contact the hotel you want to stay at and ask them for sure.

All of the strip hotels have heated pools that are open all year. It's not hot all year around though. We often go in February for our anniversary and it's usually in the 50's to low 60's. W was there 3 weeks ago though and it was 113!

Well, it really isn't hot year round. But most of the resorts will have a pool
