Would these children now be eligible for these government health care programs as proposed by senator Clinton? Should we change some laws on this?

Actually, I expect this could be successfully challenged in court or it would not take much of a law to solve the problem. It is precedent in US law that criminals cannot legally benefit from their crimes. So, how can a fetus which is in the US illegally receive citizenship? The birth to a legal immigrant should result in another US citizen because the fetus is here legally.
I feel sure that if Hillary Clinton gets to design a universal health care system for us, that baby will receive excellent care paid for by the taxpayers. And, absolutely, this should be stopped sooner than later.
Have you ever read the statistics on the Parkland hospital, in Dallas. It is simply amazing the number of Mexican births that take place for free in that hospital!

Personally I feel sorry for those children who are born here. But on the other hand they shouldn't be afforded the rights of real Americans. Obviously their illegal parents don't pay taxes. Hence we foot the bill. Of course they should get any medical treatment but they should not be considered an American citizen and they along with their parents should be dropped off at the nearest border crossing.....

The problem of people actually USING thier children as pawns in the illegal immigration game did not occur to the lawmakers when they declaredc every person bon in the US would be citizens.

Now, we really do need a way to deal with that loophole. Perhaps automatic deportation of the parent right after delivering a baby. Then of course, the newborn baby is a citizen so he/she could be adopted to a US citizen couple who can't have children of thier own.

It's a harsh and drastic way to deal with the problem but it would have a huge effect.

I just had a HORRIBLE thought.
Since abortion is legal, how about limiting the ONLY taxpayer paid service to be rendered to a pregnant illegal alien to abortion.
Then there would be no more anchor babies.
Then we help reduce the population explosion.
Then we discourage the influx of illegals.
PLEASE don't take me seriously on this. I am TOTALLY anti-abortion. It is murdering of innocent human beings.
But I bet this will create a buzz!

The anchor baby law needs to be abolished. One or both parents should have to be legal citizens for any child to be considered an American citizen. Yes, they would be eligible for hillarycare.

Illegal is Illegal NONONO
If some one robs a art work and leaves to his children and later it is found out. Than it must be given back to its right full owner, the same applies here. Had they come here through the front door than they would would but not through the back door.

Absolutely not. The anchor baby law should be elimated. What other country in the world allows pregnant women from a third world nation to wait on the border in hotels until they go into labor and then are shipped by ambulance into U.S. hospitals for delivery of the anchor baby? 10 months later she will poop out a spare anchor baby. It is ridiculous....I don't want to pay for it. Who is with me?

This goes on all the time. Other countries have or are changing their laws to keep people from doing this. If we had any leadership this practice would be stopped tomorrow by legislation.

No to illegals, children included.

That's why we should not vote for Clinton. Mr. Clinton cheated on his wife, Mrs. Clinton will cheat (or blindly cheat) on her country.
