Sometimes, sometimes not.
Ex: I pull a lot of coupons but rarely do I use them. # 1 is because, nine x's out of ten, they are for a specific store offer such as Walgreens, which I go to a lot but sometimes, the offer is good enough that say you have a shampoo that normally runs $4.50 a bottle. Ok, you see a .50 cent coupon but you don't go to that store and say its 5 miles from your house. Ok, you figure the gas, wear and tear on your car, etc. you're spending 1.50 to save that 50 cents. So unless you've got say a $2.00 coupon for something a store is running a 2/1 sale, that's about the only time a coupon is worth using because then you can really shave off some dollars. Otherwise, say for instance we have a store here called Food Lion which has MVP savings with a key chain card they swipe. The savings are good with coupons IF its for 1.00 or more. then its worth the trouble of pulling coupons. I don't do it for under a 1.00. Not worth the trouble.

They are certainly worth the trouble, if you learn how to use them to their max. For example, you can combine store coupons and manufacturer coupons together at CVS, Walgreens and Target. Pair them with a sale and you can get tons of stuff for cheap or free. All you have to do is figure out how couponing works, and you're set!

I don't think so, I don't have time to worry about coupons. I did the coupon thing when I was a stay at home Mom, and really it didn't make that much of a difference on our grocery bill.

Sometimes. If you are going to buy a certain brand of thing regardless of price, coupons are always great. But a lot of times, you can buy the same thing under different brands that would be cheaper than the 25 cents off the higher priced brand.

No!

This saturday, they had a sale at JCPenny, and my dad had a coupon, and we went there, but it was raining so hard, making me soaking wet and my hair was messed up.

Sure they are. If your last name is not Trump then go ahead and try to save as much money as you can. You'll be surprised how much the savings is.

Yes, but here in the 21st century, they need to be made easier to access and use.
