I was involved in a yamaha rhino rollover accident, resulting in a shatterd leg. The vehicle does not have any form of restraints to keep your legs in the vehicle. They are now offering doors for them, but not when I got injured. I have been trying to find an attorney for 4 months now, with no luck. Please help!!

If you have not been able to find an attny in 4 months it's because you have no case.

When you bought it - were you aware that it had no doors? Was this a hazard that was unknown to you? Most folks know that these types of vehicles are inherently dangerous - did you not realize this risk? If not, how come, are you not as smart as everyone else? Where where you operating the vehicle? Were you in full compliance with the manufactures recommendations? Wearing safety gear? Who performed the maintenance on the vehicle? Since you were the driver there is a good chance that the accident can be attributed to your negligent operation of the vehicle.

Suck it up- some times crap happens and you don't get paid for it.

I would be happy to visit with you regarding your case. I am in the process of filing a case against Yamaha as I write. Yamaha has known of the propensity for the Rhino to roll for years due to it's design. It is a defective product that has severely injured or killed many innocent people. I have gathered extensive information regarding the instability of the Rhino. You may contact me at Clark@clarkmason.com.

Regardless of whether you contact me or another attorney, good luck and I wish you the best.

Regards.

Do some research on personal injury/product liability attorneys and try to find any who have gone against Yamah before. If you cannot find any such lawyers, then contact any plaintiff's firms in your area.
