This is my standard reply for cheers:
Go to about.com and look at their cheerleading site. TONS of cheers, chants, photos, tips.... it is awesome. I used it a lot when I coached my cheer squad.

One of the easiest has been E-A-G-L-E-S pause pause (or clap clap) EAG-LES (say the letters EAG then LES) EAGLES then three claps (or pauses) You can make up whatever you want to go with it.
Another good one that's simple is: Move it (pause) Move it(pause) GO then two fast claps (pause) clap.
