What is your opinion of the visit of Ahmandinejad?? Do you think it was a mistake or was it a good show of our freedom of speach to allow this dictator the freedom to talk to the students and faculty at Columbia University??

First of all, Who does this BBBBBBB think he is that he can march into our country against protest from the majority of our citizens and I might add, since he IS NOT A CITIZEN, who the HELL gave him the right (which he doesn't have) to speak his propaganda to any of our citizens?
Second, If Columbia had any backbone about them, they would realize that to invite this BBBBBBB onto a college campus to speak within the "so-called confines of free speech" of which he has none, they have in fact shown him that they, not all of us, in essence give him some sort of respect of which he IS NOT ENTITLED TO AT ALL!
Thirdly, for them to turn away the ROTC group, is absolutely dispicable! PERIOD!
I dare say that it wouldn't surprise me if Osama Bin Laden put this BBBBBBB up to this little stunt to see how he would be received!!!!
BOY ARE THEY STUPID!!!
I truly believe that this creep is in fact testing the waters over here just like the Japanese did right before they bombed Pearl Harbor behind our backs at the Tea at the White House!
And for whoever gives me any thumbs down, you know what you can do with 'em!

Whereas most people went off, it seems that in the story, he got the heat. Bollinger, pres of Columbia, pretty much lit him up like a Roman Candle. He got asked the tough questions and he danced away. He truly is delusional. His visit, whereas in most people's eyes, was nothing but a blustering fool, it shows we will open our doors to him. He may upset us, but, we all know he is nothing but a pompous a-ss.

I think it was stupid. Who would it be a "good show" for? Do you think in the least that Ahmandinejad is going to go back to Iran and announce to his countrymen how impressed he is that our country allowed him to present his views? Do you think for a moment that anything that creature had to say was the truth? I saw people on another question saying things like, "oh, wouldn't it be wonderful if we could actually talk to our enemies and work things out". You can't talk and negotiate with someone who looks you straight in the eye and lies like a dog.

It was a good thing to have him speak but Columbia were total dirt-bags. The opening speech to introduce him by the University President was revolting. If you are going to invite him to begin with, then at least show some manners and hospitality. How embarrassing.

he should not have been allowed to speak.
he can take the video edit it as he sees fit and make a very good propaganda video with real Americans cheering as he replies to the questions.

He's sewing decent among the easiest target, college students. Now when he pulls some stupid stunt, he knows a group of supporters will start protesting our government here on our soil.
He's like the gangsta who kills your kid to get even with you.

I think it was Important that the American people should get to see for THEMSELVES- what this guy is all about. I heard his Audience at C.U. -burst out laughing when he said there weren't any Gays in Iran...- Now I think they see him for what he REALLY is; a foolish leader- from a poor Country... -and nothing to worry about. :)

It is fantastic that he is allowed to speak in one of your universities, and completely blows away any theory that the US is becoming a police state.
