Well, considering you still have lots of time to go it's not even bad yet. I have the same problem and I am 20weeks. Although, I had another problem with my placenta wanting to pull away. The best thing you can do for it is not worry about it. As your uterus gets bigger your placenta could very well move on up some. I think the worst things that are associated with a low placenta is bed rest later on and a c-section. Some women prefer a c-section though. If you have a placenta previa you will def. have to have a c-section. My placenta is just a hair away from my cervix. Best of luck to you.

Depends how low!

You`re still in the early stages yet so they won`t get too concerned until later in the pregnancy.

The major thing is that you won`t be able to have a natural delievery if your placenta is blocking or close to blocking the cervix, so you may have to be scheduled for a c-section.

its not bad, but the dr will likely keep an eye on it. Your uterus has alot of growing to do, its likely that the placenta will move up withthe uterus. If it stays too low you may end up with a c-section.
