for me i say its brady by far, he won 3 superbowls in 3 tries, is so accurate and all he does is complete passes to nameless recievers, i think hes the best qb ever, manning, due to all his offensive weapons, puts up more impressive numbers but with clutchness, post season, accuracy, and superbowls i give it all to brady

BTW. What's the largest deficit Brady has overcome? I don't remember one for more than 10 points. That's because he has a defense that keeps the score low.
Manning had the best comeback in a Conference Championship (not in playoffs, if somebody's thinking about the Bills vs. the Oilers).
He also brought his team back after being behind by 21 points vs Tampa with 5 minutes left in the game.
Most people seem to be impressed by Brady's "winning drives" (2 of the superbowls and the tuck rule game), which finished in Field Goals because he could rely on Vinatieri. With a kicker like Adam, Jim Kelly woudn't be seen as a choker.
Manning finished his drive for a TD in the AFC championship, despite his team only needed a FG.

I say Brady for the same reason you did: 3 Super Bowl rings (against Peyton's 1). However, Peyton is a better career passer than Brady - only Steve Young has a better career passer rating than Peyton.
