Volunteer for a local politician's campaign that you support. Run for office. Attend city council meetings and speak out on issues that are important to you. Write letters to the local paper. Call your local city council members office and tell them how you feel on issues. Protest injustices. VOTE!

Start by becoming the local counselor of your area and do good things to the people over there.you can try this first...all the best!!!

Contact one of your local representatives. They will love the help. (volunteer of course). They are just regular people, so do not feel intimidated.
