i did pretty good 4 this wk, although i would've NEVER guessed the Broncos would've lost the way they did..but here we go with Leah's Week 4 Predictions:
Bal vs Cle...I 'm still baffeled by the Browns loss to the RAIDERS yesterday. wasn't it just last week, they "eeked" out a win against the Bengals in a high-scoring 51-45 game? Then they turn around this week and LOSE to the RAIDERS, barely scoring 21 points?..this Anderson kid keeps me wondering..hope i won't regret it later, but I'm take the Ravens in this match-up.
Chi vs Det-Is it ironic that the 2 teams that took the worse losses in Week 3, face each other in Week 4, or just pure coincidence? Lovie is adamant about keeping Grossman as QB, and that right there could be the very problem. But who would they turn to even if the did bench Grossman. I don' t think the Bears want to deal with "starting all over again", so I can "kinda" understand that line of thinking. The Lions on the other hand, had their balls handed 2 them and that kinda loss will b hard for them 2 get over. I'm sayin' the Bears will pull this one off because of mainly their defense.
Hou vs Atl-How many times do I have to tell you, the Falcons are dead?
Oak vs Mia- The Dolphins are currently the worst of the two teams with a dismal 0-3 record. Will it help any that they have home field advantage? Probably not, but then again they are playing the Raiders. Flip a coin on this one, it could go either way, but I'll say the Dophins get their 1st win outta this.
NYJ vs Buf-ahhh, yet another match up of "bad vs really bad". The Jets were able to upset the Skins at home for their 1st season win. They SHOULD b able to carry the momentum of that win into next week and keep the Bills winless.
Stl vs Dal-Tony Romo will not quit. That's a good thing though because that persistence lead to a BIG win over the Bears Sunday night. The Rams on the other hand, are the WORST team coming outta the NFC West and they will NOT be able to get it done against the "Boys".
GB vs. Min-Did I ever mention that I LOVE BRETT FAVRE? Again, congrats to Brett for the record thing (I know, he'll tell u the record means nothing, but c'mon now, Brett, u can b honest with me..) and to the Packers as a team for the unexpected 3-0 start. They'll meet the Vikings next week in what I believe will eventually lead to the Packers goin' 4-0...stranger things have happened.
Pit vs Ari-Can anyone stop Big Ben and the Steelers right now? I thought there would b a moment of "regrouping" the team would have to go through after Bill Cowher left, but they've changed my mind on that. the Steelers are 1 of 3 teams in the AFC that are undefeated and I don't see that changing with next week's game against Arizonia.
TB vs Car-both 2-1 teams, both coming off wins against "lessor" teams.. I'll go with the Panthers..no particular reason..just the Panthers.
Sea vs SF-The 49er's aren't what I thought they were gonna b, a friend of mine who is a HUGE 49er fan keeps reminding me of that. But they're facing the Seahawks and where S. Alexander is, is where I'm tryna b. The Hawks win this match-up.
KC vs SD-YEAAAHH-the Chiefs finally won a game!! I'm happy for them, but I'm expecting the Chargers to pull their sagging record up with a win over the Chiefs.
Den vs Ind-OHHH-Woe is me..hometown vs favorite team..who 2 pick, who 2 pick..gotta go with the better team. So MY COLTS will beat MY BRONCOS. I'll get over it eventually.
Phi vs NYG-This should b an interesting match up..Both teams had "much needed" wins this past week so when they bump heads next week who comes out the BIG WINNER? As long as the Eagles NEVER EVER EVER wear those hideous throw back jerseyes they will be winners. As far as this game goes, the Giants showed signs of life in their win against the Skins. I'll take Lil Manning in over McNabb.
There it is. Now, let's just wait n c how it REALLY plays out...GO COLTS!!!

Jets @ Bills
Losman's injury may keep him down, that combined with Chad Pennington's gutsy play could push the jets over the bills.
Texans @ Falcons
Andre Johnson may still be sidelined, also last week Ahman Green got banged up in the loss to the colts. Joey Harrington actually played well against a tough D of the Panthers. Falcons by a fg.
Bears @ Lions
Calvin Johnson is questionable for Detroit. This is a must win division matchup for chicago. Look for Brian Griese to appear in this game if Grossman struggles again. Bears blowout.
Ravens @ Browns
Don't be fooled by the last 2 games the browns played, they have been scoring like crazy and it won't happen this week. Ravens in a low scoring game.
Raiders @ Dolphins
This one is a toss up to me, the raiders offense was pretty great in week 3 and the Dolphins lost a tough one to the jets. I'll go with the Dolphins at home.
Packers @ Vikings
Brett Favre will break Dan Marino's record but with Adrian Peterson really coming on strong i see the vikings squeaking out a win.
Seahawks @ 49ers
the steelers brought SF back down to earth beating them easily in week 3, seattle should have no problem doing the same. Watch for shuan alexander to have a good game.
Chiefs @ Chargers
San Diego needs to come out strong for this one. They will be a heavy favorite and a let down here could lead to the chiefs stealing a game in the division. Larry Johnson says hes ready to carry a heavy load. LT and co. get back on track, 35-10 good guys.
Bucs @ Panthers
Tampa Bay isn't as bad as people think but Carolina isnt as bad as they have been playing. With or without Delhomme, panthers win @ home.
Broncos @ Colts
*Game of the week*
Denver's defense was awful in week 3, look for them to right the ship and toughen up against the colts great passing attack. It'll be a close one, but one of these teams has a kicker thats pretty comfortable with last second wins. Colts by a fg.
Steelers @ Cardinals
Pittsburgh has done alot right so far this season and the Cards haven't. But its hot in arizona and that defense is improving, cardinals upset the steelers 27-24.
Eagles @ Giants
Eli Manning is finally playing like a professional quarterback and the giants defense is waking up but putting up 54 points is no joke, mcnabb and his boys get passed the giants with a limited brian westbrook.
Patriots @ Bengals
One team can defend the pass. The other team has ocho-cinco. Look for points galore...from the patriots. Monday night blowout that won't be interesting by 9:30.
