Is there a software to throughly cleans off private information on your computer harddisk's memory?

I had tried deleting cookies and used anti-spyware, and other softwares one by one to no vail. Thanks for helping.

Yes, you want a disk shredder.

There is no software upon which you can depend, fully, to erase information from a hard disk. The only way to delete private information is to destroy the hard drive.
