when i was with my last boyfriend he told me he didnt want to do anything with me because he felt i was too young at the time i was 15 and he was 17, anyway his friend told me even if he said he didnt want to do anything he would be tempted, eventually we ended up going further and doing everything but all the way, he didnt want to sleep with me but he often did things like prodding my leg with his c***, and things like asking me to sit up and down on it when i was fully clothed..lol he said he was against sleeping with me but im not sure why he was doing things like that to hint it? i was just curious!

One thing, he sounds like he respected you. Second, you're both underage, and it would be statutory rape, for which he could be imprisoned. Why do you think everyone is always telling you to wait?! Lastly, he may not want to risk an unwanted pregnancy or catching any social diseases. You should be flattered that he respected you!

Kidding HIMSELF that he was "legally" covered. Under the age of 16 full blown sexual penetration is against the law. He could be prosecuted for under aged sex.
I would ditch him and find someone with MORE respect who was willing to wait until you are ready. Someone who wants to make a commitment.....
He was probably just seeing how far he could get you to go. Ego boost for himself....

he respects the fact you are younger and dosent want to go all the way but to men it feels good for the movements to happen even if nothing else dose
