So long as the mold is on the "hard" parts of the blender, you can wash it as usual and expect things to be fine. But if you have mold on the soft rubber top or the gasket between the base and the pitcher--you'll need to either replace them or throw the whole blender in the hopper.

Oh dear. It seems that Fiance and friend both need lessons in actually acting like grown-ups!
The blender will need to be thoroughly cleaned, with hot water and lots of soap. He might even want to put it through a bleach rinse to kill the mold so it won't come back.

Take the pieces of blender apart. Fill your sink with 1 cup of bleach and water. Soak all pieces in the sink for 12 hours. Rinse and handwash. Then put in the dishwasher. You are safe to use it again. Next time, even drunk, dump the ingredients, and fill the sink with dishsoap and water and soak washable pieces in the sink for next day to clean.

With very hot water and some bleach. Put it all in the blender and turn it on, with the top on. Let it go for a minute or so. Dump it out and then clean in regular dishsoap and water.
Then consider what kind of guy you are actually taking your vows with. Is this the guy that you really want to spend the rest of your life with? Hey, you can do much better, believe me! Find yourself a man, not a guy, someone who respects you and would lay his life down for you.

I would take the first guys suggestion. My finance did the same thing and I tried for another week trying to get the smell out of it. It doesn't work. But throw it out soon because it is not good to be inhaling any type of mold. Beside you can get him to buy it and get a better one.

I'd toss the drunk boyfriend out along with the blender. Make him buy you a new one.
