mean - the average, add up all the numbers and divide by how many numbers there are
median - the middle number if all the numbers are put in order. I think it is the average of the two middle numbers if there is an even number
mode - the number that appears the most often. I don't remember what the usual rule is when there are two or more modes.

mean you add everything up and then divide by the number of sets you have
so 20+20+20+23+27+27+28+31+39+39+34=308
now divide by 11=28- mean
median you put the numbers in order from least to greatest then find the middle number
so... 20-20-20-23-27-27-28-31-34-39-39 then find the middle one=27-median
mode is the number that appears the most times
so...20 is in there 3 times so mode is 20
Next...
3+4+4+6+7+7+9+10+11+11+21=93 divided by 11because you have 11 numbers
so...93/11=8.4545455-mean
then... lowest to greatest 3-4-4-6-7-7-9-10-11-11-21
so... 7-median
Last...
mode 4-7-11

somewhat some artwork! initiate with the definitions: mean: The sum of the numbers / what number numbers you have Median: The "midsection" selection once you place the numbers in numeric order. If there's a good style of things, there are 2 "midsection" numbers. Their average is the median. Mode: The selection that exhibits up maximum generally. There could be multiple modes, however the mean and median for a set of numbers are unique. 14) utilizing the definition of the mean, including 10 to each age will purely strengthen the mean by way of 10. same with any selection. 15) The mode and the median are an identical.

Mean: Add up all the numbers and divide them by the number of numbers you added up.
20+20+20+23+27+27+28+31+39+39+34=308
There are 11 numbers.
308 divided by 11 = 28
Mean = 28
Median: The middle number when they are put in order of size.
So 27 is in the middle.
Median = 27
Mode: The number which occurs the most often. There are three 20s.
Mode = 20
Now try the second set yourself!

mean is the mathematical average.
add all of the numbers and divide by how many of them are in the list.
median is the middle number.
order the numbers from least to greatest and the number in the middle is the median
mode is the number that occurs the most
A. mean - 28
B. median - 20-20-20-23-27-27-28-31-34-39-39
27 is the median
C. mode - 20
A. mean - 8.45
B. median - 7
C. mode - 4, 7, 11 (all three are modes because they all occur twice)

mean = Sum/# of terms = 274/10 =27.4
median = (27+27)/2 = 27
mode = 20 because that number occurs the most times
mean = 93/11= 8.45
median = 7 because 5 numbers below it and 5 above it
mode = 4 or 7 or 11 because these numbers all appear twice, which is more than any other number appears

The mean is the average of the numbers. Add all the numbers and then divide by the number of numbers you added together (add them all then divide by 11).
The median is the number that is in the middle position of the numbers (the 6th number would be the median). If there are an even number of numbers in the set, you would have 2 numbers for your answer.
The mode is the number that appears most often. (the number 20 is the mode because it appears most often).
Keeping this in mind, these should be a breeze to do :)

The mean of the data set is its average.
The Median is the number which is in the exact middle of the data set.
The Mode is the number that appears the most often if you are working with only one variable.
There are 11 numbers
The sum is : 308
Mean = 308/11 = 28
Median = 27
Mode = 20
Apply the same principle for your second example
