I personally don't believe in any diets, Yes they do work but I have seen people that once they lose the weight they gain it right back. I always say, you can eat whatever you want, you just have to control and be self discipline and eat in portions, this way you train your body, and you can always maintain your same weight. I have three kids and I'm 105 pounds and I eat whatever my cravings might be, it's a matter of self control, not to over indulge. : )

No, I don't diet. I don't believe in it.
Eat food, move around. If I want to tone up, I just spend more time at the gym or put more reps in during a weight lifting session or run an extra half hour.

Yes, I quit counting.....I am not really over weight, maybe a tad, but I'm diabetic and what can I say I like to eat! I am pretty proportioned for my overall body appearance, a little top heavy but who wants to lose that?

Many diets. The thing that worked for me was a lifestyle change.
Down 100lbs and counting.
