I need an ideas of what to write...I have to write a poem for language arts class...It has to be a minimum of 10 lines...I just need a topic to write about...Any suggestions??

Maybe you could do a poem on the weather or your namesake, jewels/jewelery or a favorite place/person/thing or and event you can remember well that either holds a special place in your heart or maybe satirizing something that you think is wrong with the world. You could also write about vagueness and darkness and light. you can do anything really.

Food! Surprisingly, some of my best poems have come from describing a food, the way it tastes, feels, etc. Good luck!

in order to show what YOU think, title your poem LIKE IT SHOULD BE--and then include just how you think things will be in an ideal world if you ruled it.
