OK your 3rd star, are you still talking human nature, or behaviour, i think there is a big difference.
Our behaviour has changed as an example 100 years ago few if any countries did not have a death penalty, now that has changed and in some even the method is so "humane" as to no longer be a deterant.
But our nature still screams for retribution and death, you can still hear cries of hang him/her/them at murder trials in England.

Human behaviour doesn't change, unlike most other things that have evolved over time, human behaviour has remained the same, the dominant prey on the submissive!

I tried to think of one ,only one ...I found that to the contrary there's lots of examples to show that the more time change human behaviour remains the same...the only thing that changes are the weapons used ,the format applied...etc.

Bill Clinton"s decision to fly over Kosovo in order to keep bombers grounded, rather than just romping in and attacking...but then you-know-who got elected, and humankind took a great jump backwards.

do you still behave the same way as you did when you were a baby? do you think you will be doing the same things when you are 90 as you do now?
Do we still go to the ampitheatre and watch people being eaten by lions? Do we still eat one another?do we still offer human sacrifices to the gods?

The mass hysteria and "Fuhrer" worship engendered by the Nazis - as was said by many at the time - this in the land of Bach,of Beethoven,Goethe and Schiller and what you end up with is the unimaginable (to us today) industrial slaughter of men, women and children based purely on their race - my God we need to be wary.
