Why is your ex gf an EX? you need to remember that and figure out if that has changed. If it hasn't, you know that the relationship will fail once again.
As for the 3-month relationship, if you were really truly in love with her, you would not be asking advice about being in love with 2 women. Fact of the matter is, you like her, you might even know how she makes you feel, but you're not in love with her.

You have a girl that you have been seeing for three months and you really think you are in love with her, but one look at your old girlfriend, and now you know you are really in love with her. DO YOU KNOW WHAT LOVE IS? You can love a lot of people, but only love one that you would want to spend the rest of your life with. You have lived without the ex, and survived, so she must not be the one. But the other girl can take second place to the ex. So I don't think you are in love with either one, you want to spend time with them, but really don't have time invested in them to make a commitment. You have to decide who you have the most in common with, and enjoy your life with in GOOD and BAD. Maybe neither one of these girls are for you.
