Do not get involved. You need to let her know that this is very inappropriate and it's against the law. You are under age. She can go to jail for a long time. Not to mention lose her job. I'm sure your parents wouldnt be to happy either. Be smart, you see this on the news all the time. You have plenty of time to meet someone your own age. You are better off sticking with school and getting your career in gear. Dont mess it up doing something your going to regret

Say no. You like her, but you are 15, and she is a teacher. People go to jail for these sort of things, and get into trouble no matter the age differance. A teacher in Ohio was fired and brought up on charges for dating a student that was 18 but still in school and one of his student, it falls under abuse of power.

She knows better she should be a professional woman. Your answer should be no as well. That is crossing the line with the student teacher thing. Talk to your parents about it.

She is of age, but you are underage. She will get into trouble, maybe lose her job, maybe even be charged with child molestation, statutory rape, etc. Be strong and resist her advances and tell her you will report her if she keeps on. Good luck. :)

If she did ask you out and follows through with it then you are definitely headed for trouble. It doesn't even make sense that she would risk her career for you.
