15 1/2 is the shirt collar size. 34x35 is the sleeve length for the shirt. 32x30 for the pant means the waist is 32 and the inseam of the leg is 30. Hopefully you didn't get those measurements backwards. All these measurements are inches. Unfortunately you are missing the coat size, and that could be difficult to nail down. You might try a clerk at a store and just be prepared to return it if you need to. I'm not sure where to get a cheap seat for around $100. You might try Men's Wearhouse and see.
